It is time to LISTEN, UNDERSTAND and ACT!

Young people of West and Central Africa speak up ! With a growing population of adolescents and youth in the region, there is an opportunity to reap an unprecedented demographic dividend if they are educated, healthy and employed. However, major obstacles remain and must be overcome to achieve this, such as gender-based violence, HIV, child marriage and early and unintended pregnancies. It is time to act!
